Aluroll roller garage doors are customisable to your exact job requirements; material, style, size, colour and operation. Our solutions support the latest consumer technology such as remote operation via apps and network integration including addition of lighting and other features.

Available Colours

We stock a wide range of standard colours and the Classic and Elite T77 doors can be over coated any RAL colour. Enclosures and guide channels come in white or brown as standard but can also be powder coated to match the door curtains or building surrounds.

Standard Roller Garage Door Colours: White, Brown, Beige, Blue, Moss Green, Fir Green, Sage Green, Black, Red, Light Grey, Silver, Anthracite, Golden Oak, Teak, Rosewood.

Optional Roller Garage Door Colours: (surcharge applies) RAL colours, Laminate Golden Oak, Laminate Irish Oak, Laminate Mahogany, Laminate Rosewood.

Standard Features

Safety Brake

In the unlikely event the motor drive shears an automatic safety brake instantly stops the door from dropping.

Space Saving Roll

The door travels vertically into a compact roll for maximum space inside and out. Meaning no lost space with our solutions.

Manual Override

If the power fails, a simple hand crank allows you to wind the door up or down to keep you secure and maintain access.

Anti-Lift Locking Straps

Secure closure is maintained with high grade, German engineered robust spring loaded lock straps that prevent the curtain from being lifted.

Durable Slats

The curved and ribbed profile of the T77 & T55 slats are formed from aluminium filled with CFC free foam for a lightweight, strong and corrosion resistant curtain.

Effective Weather Strip

The skirted profile of the bottom edge weatherstrip channels rain run-off away from the door to minimise water ingress into the garage space.

Strong Guides and Slats

Extruded aluminium guides with a draught brush and anti-rub glide-brushes ensure the door curtain is secure and operation is smooth. The extruded bottom weather strip channel adds further rigidity.

Wireless safety edge sensor

The standard solution is proven for long-term reliability and uses a wireless safety edge to automatically halt the door on detecting an obstruction – fully compliant with European Safety Directives.

Choice of motors

Aluroll carefully select and test the best industry motors. Our motors are manufactured by the likes of Somfy, Elero, GFA and NRG Automation. All come with a comprehensive 5 year warranty.

Optional Extras

External Override

If you have no other access to your garage an external override allows manual operation of the garage door in the event of a power failure via a lockable cover.

Vision Slats

A simple but effective way of allowing light into the garage space. Polycarbonate infils keep the weather at bay. A maximum of three slats ensures the strength an integrity of the door is maintained.

LPCB / Secure by Design

A number of Aluroll’s products can be upgraded to Loss Prevention & Certification Board (LPCB) and Secure by Design approved status.

Classic

The Classic is our biggest selling garage door. It has 77mm deep slats and coils into a 250/300/360mm box dependent on door height with 70mm (doors up to 3m wide) or 90mm wide side guides. Elite -LPCB Approved

It is tested and approved to the Loss Prevention & Certification Board (LPCB) to British Standard LPS 1175 Level 1 for Burglary Resistance. Doors have 150mm side guides as part of the specification that results in the security rating. Find out more…
